By now, you’ve probably heard of the Texas House Bill 2515, which would make it illegal for anyone to carry a concealed handgun in the state.
But it’s also worth learning about the city of Fort Worth and its people.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported last week that Fort Worth is home to a surprisingly high number of concealed carry permits, with nearly 300,000, which is more than the population of Los Angeles.
The city of 1.6 million is the second-largest in the US, and its population has grown by an average of about 20 percent over the last decade.
Fort Worth is a big, diverse place, so it makes sense that it would be a popular place to see sights.
But you won’t have to drive a long way to find them.
